Will be responsible for quality, timely, and safe construction, and must ensure that sub-contractors perform their work properly on their assigned projects. Shall keep proper daily jobsite records and track all paperwork (i.e. delivery tickets and purchase orders) for their assigned projects. Must keep a current tool list inventory. Responsible for the maintenance, safety inspections, and proper care of all AME tools and equipments on their tool list inventory.

Description / Requirements: Responsible for overseeing all projects assigned by project manager. Shall be on one or more sites every day. Responsible for directing all facets of assigned projects, including labor, all trades, foremen, sub-contractors, material delivery, etc. Will work closely with project manager to assure that the project remains on schedule and maximize profitability by ensuring proper manpower, materials, and equipment are on the correct projects at the required time. Will be responsible for quality control and safety on assigned projects. Shall work closely with other divisions of AME, therefore must be knowledgeable about equipment installation and rigging. Shall be responsible for coordinating work with the rigging foreman. Must make sure that all paperwork including time is collected and turned into the office in a timely manner. Must keep a current tool list inventories supplied by foremen. Responsible for tool and equipment allocation on all assigned projects.
